  Homeland Lending is a great company to work with. Between my family and I we have used them 7 times for various services from new mortgages to refis. Mike (the owner) takes a hands on approach to make sure the process runs smoothly. I would not hesitate to refer everyone i know to them. They have great communication and always keeps the customer in the loop. That to me is very important. Thank you for making the process as painless as possible.

  In 2020 my wife and I had finally found a home we wanted to buy for our family. It then sunk in that I had to go through the mortgage process, which was the most stressful part, until I was referred to Mike. Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made the mortgage process extremely easy and stress free. There wasn't one time I couldn't get him on the phone any time of the day for a quick question or if I needed some help. He consistently kept in touch with my realtor, attorney, and even got on the phone to speak with my home insurance company when I needed help answering their questions. My realtor could not believe how quickly and effectively Mike got things done and communicated with everyone involved. Considering the first mortgage was when I had only been a 100% commissioned sales rep for two years and the other recently to help renovate after a major home damage issue.   Mike and his team were absolutely excellent! We worked with Homeland Lending to close on our first home last month and with a pandemic going on the process was still smooth and pleasant!   My fiancée got Michael’s number from a co-worker. Working with Michael was quite lovely and easy. Both our refinancing and purchasing of a two family went smooth.
