Fareesa Syeda1This place has garbage service, extremely slow and easy going people. I waited half hour in outside area to be called by drive thru teller but not a single person even cared to look at the window. HORRIBLE. I came inside and still same situation. Very slow and careless.

The Shyna4I must say that of all the year's I've been banking, Wells Fargo takes the best care of me, hands down. However, I find it a bit suspect that they’ll increase my credit card limit but won’t give me a personal loan, even though I have exemplary credit and have been with them for a good while. That rubs me the wrong way so, I’ve given them 4 stars. Should very well be 3 because of that but the fourth star is for the employees - they always nice. I’m coming through this year once again, WF. I’m an excellent customer. Hook a sister up! I’m trying to do some great things, out here! :) (I will edit this post with an update people so, be on the lookout. This review will either take one star up or three stars back, leaving one, like I said, for the employees because they truly are always nice.

Tevin Burrell1Just received the worst customer service experience in my years of banking with Wellsfargo. Teller “Sharon” was not polite, did not greet me with a smile, no “thank you for choosing Wellsfargo”. Any questions I asked, she responded to me as if I should already know the answer. In addition, attitude the entire time she was providing service. Overall Horrible Experience !! Makes me not want to return to this location or rather bank with this company anymore. If I receive this poor customer service going forward, I’ll gladly spread the word, close my account and take it to Chase Bank. Hopefully someone acknowledges this issue.

Guadalupe Meneses1This bank or should I say the entire Wells Fargo is horrible. Fraud was done on my acct and when called to speak about no one followed up. I then proceed to going in personally which the manager( which is another useless person) couldn’t resolve anything and was promised a call within 7 days , he never called. Now my act is closed I am unable to do any payments and I can not take time off to deal with useless people after the fraud was made and they couldn’t do anything but to tell me that I had to pay when it was proven that I didn’t do the fraud. On top I get a letter stating that I’m fully responsible and they sent the with the fraud check which it clearly states a different name. They’re trash and the manager it’s very very very useless

Rigoberto Nunez1I went to deposit cash to my client's account and they refused to accept cash. I could understand if it is thousands of dollars but this was less than 300.00 dollars. Then I asked can they can sale me a cashier check and again said no offering the solution to go to another institution to get a bank check then return to the stupid Fargo bank to deposit the funds. This shouldn't be called a bank.

E C1I went to deposit a check with my wife's name on it in to a joint account we have the teller wrote some numbers on the back of the check I asked what was that and she said the check means nothing, she didn't deposit the check because my name wasn't on it, I asked for a manager Yuber J. Calzadilla I asked him to look in to the account he didn't want to look in to my accounts just because, He was talking non sense about the check then I asked him can you help me he said no. I went to another bank deposited the check with no problem since it's a joint account with my wife her name is on the account the check was under her name. I'll never visit that branch again
