  Chris @ HomeGotOwned is a local mortgage broker and he wouldn’t work with us until we got quotes from other lenders for our home purchase. We shopped around and he was able to beat the best quote we got. He got us a mortgage with no Section A fees and also gave us credits towards closing costs. He and his team were always a call/text away. If you are buying or refinancing, shop around and then ask Chris to beat your best quote – can’t get easier than that.

  I knew it was time to refinance but was completely intimidated by the idea and the process.   I did a refinance with Chris in april 2021, and had an amazing experience from beginning to closing. After doing some shopping around for the lowest interest rate I called homegotowned. Right off the bat they told me they would find the lowest rate possible for me and they delivered ! They found the lowest rate for me by far.   If anyone is thinking about doing a refi on their mortgage I highly suggest reaching out to Chris D'Mello. I was in the middle of the process with a big company and at the last moment I reached out to Chris and he saved me from making a huge mistake and saved me a boat load of money.   Worked with Christopher D’Mello to refinance my multi family house and he was absolutely excellent to deal with! He’s knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, honest and all around great guy! You can shop around for the best rate but i would give Chris the opportunity to beat the rate from any other lender...he did for me by far!!
