  Drove over for some in person customer service and they hand wrote me a note with the 1-800customer service number. As if I couldn’t do that at home. Garbage service. Considering switching banks immediately

  Don’t mind the other reviews, I visited this branch in the middle of June and had no issues with my 3 transactions!

  Went to cash my check and at first i go in line the guy was on his phone I just walked up to him so he notice I was waiting and when I go I ask if I can cash my check he says yea and cashes it without telling me that they will put a hold on my other money in my checking account and I told him he should of said something before going a head because I needed the money all together to pay a bill and now I’m stuck not being able to use my money in my checking account I will be closing my account soon with service like that no one should be banking with them.

  My friend wired money in his account from China and needed the bank to issue a bank/cashier check for closing a purchase. The bank refused to do it and couldn't give the specific reason other than the money were wired in from different people. And no body could answer our question on how and when can they issue the check.

  Donna is AWESOME!!!!! takes care of business, couple of reps never called me back with information that they said they would after they took time in bank going over with me, the follow up call was important to me after the time spent in bank, 5 STARS GO TO DONNA, if it wasn't for her I would FLAG THIS BANK PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!

  Deposited a huge sum money in their ATM. The machine ate it and when I demanded they get me my checks out of the machine they called the police. Eve is the rudest and nastiest of all the employees. This is the worst branch in the area and is full of liars and nasty rude people. Switching all my accounts and leaving boa.

  1 star for not be open. Yes there's a pandemic but after 6 months you should be open like the other banks have done.

  Absolutely horrible. Always one teller on Always waste at least 15 minutes waiting in line. This day and age who has 15 minutes to wait on during the work day. Honestly poor quality.

  I was in and out super fast. Picked up a pamphlet on the Bank of America app on my way out. Teller was lovely and knowledgeable. Nice ambience.

  I have been a customer for 14 years , I do heavy banking and just closed my account for no reason , horrible terrible bank
