  I was new to refinancing I was seeking a lower monthly payment. This company served as my broker. After refinancing I owed $30K more on my loan the fees were outrageous they charge a little over $10K in fees. They took advantage. In addition the bank fees. Put me behind financially.

  What a great experience at regional home mortgage. It has the best service ever! The process was fast and helped me a lot! I wouldn't be the same without this experience. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me every step of the way. I suggest this place to everyone!

  Absolutely Terrible Customer Service! It took days for my calls and emails to be returned. Broken promise after broken promise and towards the end when they realized they make huge mistakes they tried to back track on everything they promised. Two weeks after we where told we would have a mortgage commitment, we were told they could not get us a mortgage. We almost lost our house, our money and all of our hard work, thankfully we found someone who knew what they were doing.

  Horrible customer service. The appraiser arrived in flip flops and asked me to take pictures. Her phone was bad too. Regional Home Mortgage was abusive and threatening. The President of Regional Home Mortgage believes in the hard sell. This doesn't allow for an informed and comfortable experience.

  A great friend of mine used them recently. They made the process super easy, fast and understandable. They have a very knowledgeable staff and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them in the future

  They have the most kind, caring and understanding people ever. Very knowledgeable and help every step of the way. They are great with getting back to you on time and provide better service than many other local places. I highly recommend this place!!!
