  I highly recommend working with David Mendez, Diana Lucero and Karen Nguyen. I am a second time home buyer and second time work with them. They’re always did an amazing job, so my case is a hard case but they’re always answering all my question and reviewing my options. The current housing market is very hot, crazy, you really need to have someone that is perfect broker, responsive, and quick and will try all their best to helping you.   We just finished a cash out refinance to reduce our monthly expenses and shrink our credit foot print. We worked with Andrew Carlton from Mortgage Matters Corporation. Andrew did a good job of explaining everything and making sure the whole process ran smoothly. With the prices of everything going up now's a good time to reduce monthly expenses.
