  What an amazing and positive experience!!! It was so refreshing to work with a professional who knows what they are doing!! Going into this my wife and I had high anxiety of hoping we wouldn't get jerked around. Victor from the very beginning made us feel very comfortable and calm about the process. He explained everything to us in detail and not once got frustrated with us for asking the same questions over and over. In fact he said he understood and reassured us everything is moving forward as discussed. He was very knowledgeable and so personable!! When we finally signed the papers and closed, my wife cried in my arms and all I could think about was how awesome Victor was and the great job he did for us! He literally changed our lives for the better and I couldn't say enough good things about him. I highly recommend Victor for any mortgage needs you may have! 5 Stars all the way, thank you Victor!!!!!!

  I was trying to refinance my house through my own mortgage company for 4 months we tried to close twice but I would look at the disclosure and the numbers were wrong. They set up a third appointment and I saw they did not change anything on there but expected me to sign it anyway I told them no and I am not doing this again. I contacted Victor Emmel and let him know what happened and he said he could help me and we closed in 3 weeks! Amazing and the numbers were correct! I will continue to use him in the future and tell my family and friends. He is the best!

  I highly recommend Victor, I have had the pleasure of purchasing my first home with Victor's guidance and all went so smoothly, all was done over the phone and on line I was a little wary at first, but needless to say I was in good hands everything worked so well.
