  Spencer Stott and his team at Unified Lending are the absolute best group to work with when refinancing or buying. I've worked with him personally, but I've also sent dozens of family members, friends, and clients to him. He has closed 100% of the loans we've worked on together. Next time I refinance or purchase, I'll be calling Spencer again. You should too!

  Having worked with Spencer before on my first home refinance he was my first choice for my 2nd refinance.. His company Unified lending maintained my expectations and feel confident in referring my friends and colleagues for their home needs..

  Great experience. Started with a major advertiser found they were one who advertised a low rate then wanted a major amount of buy down to qualify for that rate. Spencer started with a lower rate to begin with and the day the papers were ready to go to the underwriters he called with an even lower rate. To be honest I couldn't happier with Unified Lending.

  As a Real Estate Broker, I've worked with Spencer and his team on numerous transactions. I've also used him for my own personal purchase, and referred numerous friends and family members to him for refinances. I have had personally great experiences with Spencer, and have heard nothing but positive feedback from the 30 or so people I've referred to him. If Spencer tells you he can do something, it happens. He won't fill you with false hope only to later tell you he was incorrect. He is willing to take on difficult circumstances, but is open, honest, and upfront about the potential hurdles those circumstances may present. Even those who weren't able to get a loan have had good experiences, and were put on the right track to overcome their issues so they could get a loan in the shortest possible time period. Those people who followed his advice have been able to get financing after doing what was necessary, and they have reached back out to Spencer to do the financing when they were ready. Spencer and his team earn an A+ grade from me. After 20 years in real estate, he is one of only 3 lenders that I would give such feedback to, and is always included in my list of recommendations to my clients and friends.

  I wholeheartedly recommend Spencer Stott and Unified Lending. I am especially appreciative for the Unified Heroes Program they offer. From start to finish the process was great. Documents were easily uploaded and pre-approval was a breeze. He also referred us to an amazing Realtor. His whole team was great about communicating and helping us through the loan application and final closing process. Thanks for going the extra mile Bret! I always felt confident about not having any issues with funding etc. that you often hear about. They were wonderful to work with and I have already been telling friends and family about them.
