  We always have a great experience. Kent Barker is our broker. He helped us with our initial home purchase, and we were first time buyers and he walked us through every step, answered all of our many questions. He was available to us at all hours which was extremely helpful to us. After we signed the documents he still helped us with our mortgage questions and has helped us in our refinance twice more. This last time was even better than the first. He was able to get us a killer rate, we got it done quickly, and he let us bother him with even more questions. Very responsive, very professional, and as long as Kent is still in the business and we stay in Utah, Kent will be our go to everytime.

He has been professional, super fast to respond and processes thing accurately and incredibly fast. He will always find the best deal with the best terms to fit your needs. She was very prompt and courteous about communicating required documents, and took me through every step of the process with no hassle. The home loan was approved on-time, and I got a great rate too.   My experience with these guys was amazing! They helped me with a refi that cost me nothing but a little time and work getting them the documentation they needed. This resulted in a mortgage payment that went down by over $250/mo with NO increase in my loan balance. I also received over $1,100 dollars cash back at closing because of lender credits!! If you have good credit call these guys and see what they can do for you.

  The last time I tried to refi with someone else,, it was a terrible ordeal. Kent helped us through every part and got us approved. The whole experience went very smooth and we were getting funded before we knew it. Next time I won't waste my time with anyone else, Kent is my goto guy from now on.
