  WOW what can I say? The crew at Home Town Real Estate is amazing. JoAnn was jumping through all kinds of hoops to help things get straighten out on the property we wanted. They were always thinking of us. I loved working with JoAnn and her staff. This is my forever home (retirement) so I don’t think I will ever be looking for another home, but if I ever do, I will be sure to use them. I highly recommend them.

  My wife and I worked with JoAnn to buy a home this summer. The diligence that she exercised working through the process of buying a home was amazing. We had some difficult repair issues that had to be addressed with the seller, and she was very helpful. After we moved into our new home she continued to be helpful as we looked for people to make various modification. We haven't had a realtor in the past who provided the service and availability that we have had with JoAnn and Home Town Real Estate.

  Everyone at Home Town Real Estate is very customer service oriented. If you want your house sold, no nonsense, honest and realistic Joann is your person. She spent a lot of time on her research before we even decided on how much to sell our home for. Her experience is evident in every area both selling and buying of real estate, she always knows what she is talking about and has never let us down. We sold our home in 9 days for the asking price and our relationship with her did not end once we were done with closing. She cares about her clients and keeps in touch with them even after the process is over. Joann is Top Notch...hands down.

  We have bought and sold many houses over our 40+ years of marriage and Home Town was one of the best we’ve ever done business with! Very knowledgeable about the area and they have great contacts for anything the house needs before putting it on the market. We asked about dropping the price at one point after just a month on the market, as we were looking for a quick sale, JoAnn advised against it at that time and she turned out to be correct, it sold for the full price we were asking just a few weeks later! She knows her market!
