  I cannot recommend Steve Beecham and his team highly enough. If I could give him 100 stars I would. As a first-time home buyer with not the most stellar credit, I thought getting approved for financing would be a headache and a nightmare. With Steve's help, it was the EASIEST part of the entire home-buying experience. He is super knowledgeable, walks you step by step through the process, and works hard to get you the best possible deal/rate out there. There is no one else I would or will ever use for home mortgages. Steve is mortgage master! Give them a call. You won't regret it.

  We worked with Connor to help us with our mortgage based on our realtor's recommendation. We attempted to go with a larger bank initially but after a breakdown in communication and a slow appraisal process, we ultimately switched to Home Town Mortgage.   Steve has helped us with two new mortgages on our first townhome in 2017 and then to our bigger home in 2019! He is so down to earth and easy to talk with. Always available and always helpful.
