  Chad and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with! We were ready to sign with a 'big bank' and were luckily introduced to Chad at the final hour. Not only was he able to get us a lower interest rate, but also consulted us on a better loan option. Highly recommended all around!

  This team has serviced two of our three mortgages. They are always helpful, on track and we have never had an issue. We don't even bother shopping around for rates anymore. They only ask for what they need, when they need it. They also helped us understand how much we could afford (not just how much a loan company would give us) and made sure we had the best rate possible without giving away too much capital in the transaction. They came recommended by our realtor and we have sent them as much business as possible. If you want to be treated like a you are a valued customer, have an easy loan process and get great advice contact this team.

  I wanted to thank the entire team at Atlanta Home Loan Team for making the purchase of my new home such a wonderful experience. It was a daunting task for me to undertake and they all made it seamless and were constantly in touch to hold my hand all the way to the closing and they still continue to check in. They were also so thoughtful as to send me a coffee mug with a picture of the new home on the mug and the date it was established!   I had a wonderful experience with Chad and the mortgage group. I closed on time and never had to worry about anything. Chad was always there to answer my calls. All of the paperwork was reviewed carefully. I never felt embarrassed for asking so many questions about the home buying process. Rest assured that Chad will see you to completion.
