  I cannot recommend Team Sadler highly enough! I used Stewart's office to help me finance my first home and the process was as smooth as could be. Being my first home, I had so many questions about the process and the team was so patient and responsive to all of them. They helped me to secure a loan even with some lingering student debt and even helped me to come up with a contingency plan with a cosigner just in case. Their 10-Step Plan thoroughly outlines the process and there were no hiccups in processing or loan underwriting. Knowing I had amazingly competent people working on financing during such a chaotic time (buying a house in this market is insane!) was such a comfort. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. Thank you Team Sadler for helping first-time homebuyer dreams come true!

  I’ve worked with Team Sadler on the purchase of my last two homes and somehow they managed to impress me more the second time than they did the first. Everyone I have worked with at Cornerstone Mortgage has been so polite, friendly, and helpful. I always feel as though I can ask them any question and they will help find out the answer even if it isn’t really their responsibility. They do a great job of walking you through the process so you know what to expect each step of the way. Mr. Sadler also checks in to ensure his team is providing the best care possible. The entire team truly goes above and beyond for their clients and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Team Sadler has been our go to team for closings on two houses and for two re-finances as well! They make the process very straightforward, and someone is always there to help with any questions or concerns you may have along the way. I also have trusted them for referrals for other business needs, and those have been on the money too! I am happy to have them in my corner and will continue to use them for their services and advice in the future!

  I used Stewart and his team to refinance my house this April and the process was very easy. From the initial contact to the closing, Stewart and his team made sure to answer all of my questions and in a very timely manner. I even had a few issues with insurance pop up months after my closing and contacted Stewart and it was handled within a few hours. I would highly recommend Stewart and his team.

  We had a great experience working with team Saddler for our recent home purchase. They were very patient throughout the process and educated us at every step. Given we were first time home buyers they also explained lot of financial details that can be confusing. When you work with them its an entire team at your service with their own expertise and they continue to be your point of contact even after the purchase which is a huge hit in my opinion. I would recommend them to anyone I know is shopping for a home!
