  Tina at Home Team (Daytona Branch) is absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I had a negative experience with another local lending office, and were feeling incredibly discouraged. We decided to meet with Tina, and it was the best decision we made. She eased our minds, answered all of our questions, made us excited about the buying process, and ultimately got us into our dream home. Being self-employed can make the lending process difficult, but Tina guided us through it all and was always a text or call away. She really, really cares about her clients and only wants the best for them. Our realtor was so impressed with her and her awesome communication. We can't recommend her enough!   Nina Sutherland is the absolute best ever. We've bought several properties recently with different lenders in different areas, and no one came even close to being as pleasant and organized as Nina. She kept a spreadsheet that she weekly sent by email to us and our team. We knew instantly every week what documents she had received, what documents i still needed to get to her, and all the due dates. Our purchase was so smooth and easy thanks to Nina.   The experience with Home Team Lending was exceptional 🤩 Last minute they took over our financing for our vacation home 🏡 since our previous lender dropped the approval due to my employment status which is contract/agency and these amazing girls Amanda and Miranda were able to process the whole paperwork in less than 2 weeks!!! I am not kidding you, I don’t think anyone else would be able to do it 👍🏻 They saved our contract from being dropped and they help us buy our dream vacation home 🏠 in Daytona Beach 🏝 FL.   Home Lenders Team agent’s name – Tracy Meulman City name – Debary Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Tracy was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Tracy explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. This made it really easy to move into Iris Lane, Debary in less than 3 months. If all lending real estate company agents are as professional, experienced and helpful then I wouldn’t mind doing it again. Highly recommend.
