  I recently used Jay for the purchase of a new home. I cannot recommend Jay highly enough. He very professional and personable and always went the extra mile on my behalf. Jay was in constant communication with myself and my realtor. He made sure that I understood each step of the process and was comfortable with how things were progressing. He was an excellent educator and advocate to me. His last phone call with me he asked "are you 100% satisfied?" and I was able to answer with full sincerity that I was. Thank you, Jay!

  Jay and his team are proactive and responsive professionals. I never had to ask about the status of my loan due to his excellent communication throughout the process. He made sure everyone involved with my deal was informed and got ahead of any issues that could arise. In fact, we were actually prepared to close ahead of the projected closing date, during a lockdown, from two states away. I’ve purchased and sold homes before.
