  Mallory and her team are absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend you contact Mallory if you need anything dealing with a mortgage. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you! UPDATE Closed today on our new home. Mallory and Jordan have been instrumental in the entire process. They were so patient with us and answered all of our questions along the way. They worked for what seems like 24/7 to ensure our closing went off without a hitch! They surely knocked this out of the park. I'm so satisfied and overwhelmingly gracious for the friendship that has developed with the way we have been treated as clients. Thank you ladies!!!

  This was the worst experience ever with trying to buy a home! Mallory tried to tell a veteran with over 40 years experience with the VA how to get a DD-214. Her snippy demeanor was not only unprofessional, but made me feel as if I was just a “number” to her next paycheck. She cost me a huge amount of money in earnest money and inspection costs. Then she, as the mortgage company canceled my contract. She lied to me and the seller by trying to close a VA loan in THREE weeks. Anyone who has ever used a VA loan knows that’s not going to happen.

  Mallory helped me as a first time home buyer that had many questions and was patient with me through the whole process. When I wasn't approved for USDA, she helped find the next possible option quickly before closing so it didn't delay me moving in on time. She actually found a great option that allowed me to get money back instead of paying at closing. What a relief! Also, she sent a beautiful plant as a housewarming gift that I have (surprisingly) kept alive for 3 whole months now. LOL. She does out of her way make sure everything goes smoothly.

  Back in July I contacted Movement Mortgage about refinancing our home. I filled out everything they sent to me. My credit took a 9 point loss from their checking it, causing my credit rating to drop. I never heard back from them. I called and left messages. I emailed. I texted. Nothing. Definitely would not recommend. I am moving on to a mortgage company that follows through.

  Mallory and her team did an excellent job with handling our VA loan. She kept us well informed on the loan status and timeline. There was a misunderstanding at close of escrow over the amount of money required but it was quickly cleared up.

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Mallory Mazarakes at Movement Mortgage. I found the house in early January and was able to move in around early February. This was completely due to the hard work and focused dedication Mallory put forth. My satisfaction is only elevated when hearing the "home-buying horror-stories" most of my friends and co-workers tell. I do not believe the process could have gone any smoother.

  I have been fortunate enough to work on several closings with Mallory Mazarakes of Movement Mortgage. She is as professional as they come. Mallory has helped to make closings as easy as possible with all of the new changes/requirements asked of everyone. She helps by staying on top of things with the buyer and title company as well. She fills everyone in as soon as anything new develops and includes everyone in her emails. Mallory is very approachable and easily accessible.   Our situation was a for sale by owner meets a non-represented buyer. We had no agents and both sides were slightly (mostly) uneducated about the steps necessary to buy a home this way. Both of us were kind of looking and kind of selling. No rush. Mallory and her team were spot on being completely transparent with the steps to take and the date they were fulfilled. The title company was great too. We (nerds) really appreciated that spreadsheet. It helped us stay on task on things left to do. The loan application was easy to do. Think TurboTax style making a daunting task run a little more smoothly. She was able to get us a 30yr fixed on acreage keeping the exemptions. This was amazing in and of itself because we really liked this property but several banks we checked in to wanted us to do an ARM at 5-6%. No way. We almost shut down the whole deal but lo, Mallory had contacted me seeing if I had found a lender for another home we saw on zillow that didn't pan out. I explained our situation a little and the lending journey started. This whole experience was very educating and peaceful. I will say on behalf of the title company we used, when we walked in to close, the lady helping us came out and said "your lender has been so awesome to work with..." I can't remember exactly the other words but everything behind the scenes apparently went so smoothly it shocked her. We have purchased a home before and I don't remember it being this great. It feels good to have a good team. The energy is there, the knowledge, patience, kindness, everything. We all probably should've high fived to get the awesome out at the closing table. Hey Mallory and Diana ---virtual high fives--- I'll recommend y'all to the moon and back if I ever come across someone searching for a home or doing a refinance.
