  A truly positive experience from start to finish. Boomer Blanchard is amazing! Not only was he professional but was also personable and caring.   As a first time buyer, I was very nervous and unsure of all the aspects of the loan process but, Tracey Franzel Lassere, was so friendly and knowledgeable. After gathering all the information she needed, Tracey, handled the rest. She made everything so easy, I even went back when I bought my second house! Highly recommend!!

  Rob Stewart was the best lender we could of used. We compared several different banks and lenders for what we thought would be a nightmare. Rob made our experience so much easier. Rob went above and beyond the typical leader role. With a short window, Rob was able to have us at the closing table and finish ahead of schedule! Rob was very easy to reach and able to answer all of my "first time" home buyer questions, ensuring that we understood every detail. I never had to leave a message or call him back, because he always kept it touch. Rob made us feel like family rather than a "client" or "customer", which is the reason we choose Assurance!

  Lauren Tylock at AFG was great to work with. She stayed on top of everything and kept me in the loop on what was going on and what needed to happen next. She has excellent communication skills. We closed right on time at the rate quoted and at the closing cost quoted. If ever I am in the situation again to purchase a home I would use Lauren's services again.   I have never came across an individual like Lauren that cares. No matter what time of day it is she answers. That speaks volumes. Lauren was with me every step of the way. As a first time homebuyer I was very nervous but she took care of me and didn’t take advantage of me. If I ever purchase another home she will be the only person I do business with the company is phenomenal.

  I used Rob Stewart at Assurance Financial to help refinance my home loan-- you should request him! Of the properties I've purchased/refinanced in my life, Rob is the best lending agent I've had. He's extremely prompt, answers questions thoroughly, and took on any odd ball question I threw at him, he could research and get the correct answer. I also feel that Rob worked for me to get a better rate than I would have received elsewhere. The whole loan process went exactly as scheduled, and I was surprised with the speediness that papers were signed and everything was completed. I would definitely recommend Rob, and I will certainly use him again for my mortgage needs. - George
