  Heather Swilley was my loan officer and she did an amazing job. Every question I had, she answered! She also kept me updated and explained everything to me. Buying my first home with DSLD has been stress-free! I would definitely use her as a loan officer again!

  Everyone associated with DSLD has made this entire experience overwhelmingly enjoyable... when I was having issues selling my home, they were extremely helpful in making sure I didn't miss my chance at the home I wanted.   I started my process at the end of January. Well let me rephrase that “WE” started this process together. Myself and my awesome loan officer Kimberly Cunningham. Kimberly was nothing short of amazing. Very transparent throughout the home buying process, responding to phone calls and text messages with whatever questions I had. Me being a first time homebuyer I came with a many! She kept me in the know. I would recommend any future homebuyer to go with Kimberly Cunningham as your mortgage loan officer. She helped me achieve my goal and was very knowledgeable about the loan program I was approved for. If I had to do this all over again she would be my first choice again!   I am so thankful that Kimberly Cunningham was my mortgage loan officer at DSLD. She was AMAZING, Understanding,and super responsive and helpful. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea about all the legal terms that are on documents and Kim took the time to explain everything to me line by line. She provided me with the confidence that I needed during a stressful time of buying a house.
