  I've both received a custom piece and designed a ring with Dianna Rae. Both she and Preston are top notch to work with! The pieces are beautiful and being able to give and receive something custom made is beyond special. Highly recommend!

  From the moment I walked into Dianna Rae Jewelry, I knew that I had found the right place. In my search for the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend, I was looking for something unique and one-of-a-kind. In shopping around, however, I started to feel like I was buying a car - that each ring could easily be swapped out for a different color or that minor changes could be made to any "stock" ring to suit my preferences. As soon as I walked into Dianna Rae Jewelry, I was greeted with a smile, and Ms. Dianna explained to me that they specialized in custom jewelry that could be designed from scratch. Although I was a bit hesitant at first, Patrick, Dianna, and Rachael were extremely helpful and happily answered all of my many questions throughout the whole process: from helping me pick out the perfect diamond, to helping me choose the right metal, to allowing me to help design a beautiful, antique-style engagement ring. I truly felt like the staff listened to and valued my feedback throughout the entire process. Their 3D printer allowed me to see and even hold a model of what the final ring would look like. Lastly, Patrick's hand finishing and engraving work was impeccable and was the perfect touch to finish off a truly one-of-a-kind ring. I could not be more satisfied with how the ring came out, and my fiancee absolutely loves the design and really appreciates the fact that her ring was designed specifically for her. For me, the slight extra price paid for custom design is really priceless, because the end product is a beautiful, unique ring that she will cherish for years to come.   Dianna Rae came highly recommended by my MIL who lives in Lafayette. Husband and I came to town for the holidays and I realized my diamond tennis bracelet needed to be resized and the clasp needed a tightening. I didn’t expect them to be able to finish it so quickly but they were somehow able to fit me in—on Christmas Eve, no less. Dianna personally helped to ensure the proper new size for my bracelet and was just a lovely woman in general. Bracelet fits perfectly now and clasp is tight as a drum. Highly recommend!

  When I decided to start looking for an engagement ring I went to all of the big box stores but couldn't find what my fiance wanted. I came across Dianna Rae Jewelry by chance and decided to go talk with them, the moment I walked into the I had a good feeling. Most stores you walk in and you're bombarded with jewelry everywhere, at Dianna Rae the diamonds were one the first cases you see when you enter the store. I sat down with Mrs. Dianna and went over what o was looking for and there was no hesitation that they could give me what I was looking for. A couple days later Preston had emailed me digital renderings of the engagement ring. Being an engineer the use of CAD was appealing, it also made any changes I had very easy for Preston to incorporate. Overall the ring was exactly what my fiance wanted and she still to this day (1 year later) gets compliments. We just picked up the wedding band and like the engagement ring it was perfect.

  Love, love, love Dianna Rae! From finding the most unique, elegant jewelry at a variety of price points to having jewelry and watches repaired quickly and effectively, this jewelry store has exceptional customer service. I’m a particular fan of the stackable rings, but love everything in the store!

  I had Diana Ray set an opal into a pendant for me. They worked very hard to please me. I picked up the pendant today. It is absolutely stunning! I am excited to have it and can’t wait to wear it. Thanks for a great job done exclamation I would highly recommend Diana Ray for Any of your jewelry needs. Her whole staff works very hard to please the customer.

  I had a great experience using Dianna Rae’s to have a ring redesigned. They showed me clearly what the new design would look like and how much it would cost, and they answered all the questions and concerns that I had prior to producing the new ring. When I received my ring, it looked exactly as I expected. I love it.

  My husband loves to shop for me at Dianna Rae Jewelry and I love it. They have beautiful stones and can customize anything. They have advanced equipment with a 3D printer so you can see what it looks like. The service is great.

  We walked in with a bag of stones and asked that they help us design a college graduation gift. The results were spectacular. A multi level elegant ring was born.
