  I dropped in late to have my antique wedding band and a necklace repaired. They had both finished and in spectacular condition for less than a 100.00. Not only were the pieces ready in 2 hours, they informed me my wedding band was platinum and not white gold. But still stood by the white gold quote. I highly recommend them for jewelry repair. On a side note, they also have beautiful jewelry for sale.

  They have great deals on computers/electronics and great selection of high-end tools for really good prices. They also buy for top dollar anything they know will sell fairly quickly. They will pay YOU what it's going for on eBay on a lot of stuff! My fave pawnshop sofar. They always need more electronics and tools FYI. Top dollar for gold too!

  I have never used a pawn shop and was very suspicious. I researched for weeks educated myself on my items to pawn. Hollywood pawn shops reviews both on line and from actual people where great. Finally My utilities where about to be shut off. I gathered up my best chances in gold chains jewelery and One pair of silver hoops and 3 odd ear rings I was super nervous but my research had been almost spot on at least as far as what value my items had. I found this out as 5 very polite gentlemen of varied ages helped me and made me feel totally at ease and not like a loser or a mark. They appraised in front of me. Explained every step and actually noticed if I seemed confused and would explain until we where all smiling and making jokes. When I called a person answered and politely answered my questions. I got much more than I ever expected. Even though I knew the value I did not expect them to be so generous. They even rounded up $20. Best customer service experience ever in Glendale. Only negative thing is parking. Be patient it's tricky. Very safe location. Nice and neat. Felt very safe inside and out. They have lovely pieces to choose from. Unique and classy. HPS gentlemen thank you so much. You guys rule!

  I pawn several items at the 3700 San Fernando rd. Close to a year picked up 1 item there are the best ever done business with is the value of not seling my items with in the brished contrant Today 9 12 20 I piked up my second item wish is a new lop top with no problem...thank you

  Went to buy some gifts and they let me know a super sale was coming up... They could of just gave me that price but still very cool. Missed the sale that they spoke of. Lol

  Awful experience and lie on their listings and try to go up in price when you come in. Wasted 2 hours of my time don’t come here you can find way better quality on Facebook market place
