  Caring, knowledgeable, kind, determined, reliable, organized, honest and many other nice words can be used to describe Irene and compliment her professional work ethics. We appreciate all your hard work and support throughout the process of our new loan (refinancing). What I loved most about working with Irene was how she would give us various options along with her own advice as an expert in the field. And that advice is what helped us go from 5.3% APR down to 3.1% in today's competitive market. Time and APR rates go hand In hand and so time efficiency is crucial in the process of refinancing. Our new loan was treated as a mission for Irene which she has accomplished/completed in a timely manner and a satisfying outcome. Thank you!
