  I had a wonderful car buying experience at this location. Brian Biondo was very easy to work with, and everyone at the location is friendly. I only had one issue, when I left the dealership my tire light came on within 5 miles. I could not immediately turn around due to prior commitments. I called the Service department and they said that maybe I ran over a nail and should get someone to look at the car soon. When my husband checked the tires, they were all inflated to almost 50 lbs. They should be at 30 lbs. He was very unhappy, as over-inflated tires to this extent can be very dangerous. We let the extra air out of the tires and it has driven perfectly since. Overall, great experience, but dealer/service should check the tires more carefully before sending a new car on the road.

  I had been to another Subaru dealer in metro Detroit and just did not get that warm fussy feeling from them. After leaving I contacted Hodges Subaru using the internet, got a call from a salesperson almost immediately, and made an appointment for the next day. My salesperson Brian Biondo was wonderful. He listened to my concerns. We talked about several different cars and options. Never Never did he make me feel like I was not important. I was immediately comfortable with this dealership and their love of the Suburu's they sell. Brian, Jeff the business manager were very upfront with me about all my concerns and answered all my questions. I fell in love with the 2019 Crosstrek and ended up taking it home that day. I have since recommended Brian Biondo to my wife's cousin who fell in love with our car,. I will continue to sing praises for Hodges Subaru. Nice Job!

  Patrick was our sales representative and did a wonderful job despite only being on the payroll at Hodges Subaru for less than 2 weeks. The dealership did not have the car I wanted, XV crosstrek hybrid, in stock so they had to negotiate a trade with another dealership on my behalf. I came in on a Saturday and was able to drive the car I wanted off the lot on Wednesday. Patrick even came in on his day off to ensure that everything was just as I wanted with the car. Everyone was wonderful to work with from Patrick the sales rep to John in the finance department. If you're looking for a Subaru in the Metro-Detroit area, give them a call, they'll make sure you get everything you want.

  Dealing with Brian for the purchase of our Subaru Forrester was easy peasy. The whole transaction was completed in less than a half hour. Brian then spent a good amount of time, explaining all the features and functions of the car. There were no surprises. A very good experience.

  We had a wonderful car buying experience at Hodges Subaru. Sheri Lynn and Dave Mccollum were extremely professional, transparent, ethical, helpful and exceeded our expectations. There was no high pressure sales tactics and the negotiation process was conducted transparently and in a very professional manner. They were very competitive on the pricing prompting us to drive 2 hours away from our home to purchase our car. During the day when we arrived to pick up the vehicle and complete the transaction, we noticed a couple of very minor issues which did not detract from the quality of the vehicle, but we were a little uncomfortable as this was the first time we were purchasing a new car. We’ve always purchased late model used cars with 10-20K miles. The manager - Dave McCollum and Sales Consultant Sheri Lynn went over and beyond the call of duty, and promised to reach out to other dealerships to procure the exact same color, make and trim of the vehicle we initially wanted to purchase. Within a couple of days, they were able to find an exact replica with which we were very satisfied. We would highly recommend Hodges Subaru and the professional staff. When we are ready to replace our 2nd vehicle, Hodges Subaru and Sheri will be our first choice.

A shout out to Brian Biondo who made my shopping experience painless. No pressure. Two weeks after my purchase, I returned for Love Encore with Tamika Player.
