  Stear clear of CU one. They took 5 car payments plus another $288 plus another $20. It's a known computer glitch " a known glitch?" I still dont have my money back plus overdraft fees I will be charged.

  I called Credit Union One on Jan 19, 2018. Tina was the person who answered the phone. I sure lucked out with her service. She went above and beyond. She met all my needs and then some. She answered all of my questions and resolved 2 problems. Thanks Tina. I will be back. :)

  I've taken out a few loans from this location and I have been very satisfied with their service. Friendly management and staff, easy online banking & amazing rates you probably can't beat. If you need a loan, ask for Lamprini Morgan!

  Communication skills are null after they sign you up. If you have a loan you better not have any excuses for being late... just pay! You never get same person to talk to, or return calls. Looking for a place to take care of you... keep looking!

  I honestly don't know how your company does business. It take over 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone after pushing numbers 3-5 times then be hung up on several times. On top of that, I try to get a loan and then get no response back. I call and finally get a hold of someone just for them to say, yes, we have a decision. Ok, then why didn't you call me back! Great way to run a business!!! Glad I bank somewhere else.

  I suggest going to another credit Union because this one is not it. They do not look out for their members and I will never return back and will never recommend them.

  Website is VERY frequently down. You want to transfer money or pay bills? You need to wait until the website works. You get a late fee since you can’t access the website.. you call customer service. By far some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The loan rates: 9%!!! LMAO Savings rates are the worst!

  They like to harass you about an issue that ended up being their mistake right when the holidays begin. But first they contact you stating that you need to contact them. If you like to get involved in unnecessary situations then I highly recommend.
