  Homes are nice, but way more detail to craftsmanship should be done, sloppy paint job, poor molding and crooked outlets. And this was on the model! Cant imagine the issues with the tract homes....but I just cant stand in my house and look thru my neighbors window.

  Currently have been living here going on 6 months. I would do 1 star BUT our whole neighborhood and neighbors themselves are AMAZING! That is very important to me and I love that we all look out for each other. The building of our homes is a whole different story! BUYER BEWARE! Today was my last straw after everything else. 4-24-2022 @ 9:30 pm our neighborhood had a power outage, lights were back on 30min. Later but now every single house in our neighborhood is having electrical issues. Garage doors not opening for a good 98% of our neighborhood, fridges in garages out over night no longer working lost a bunch of food. Called and was basically told it's center points job and warranty will not cover. I don't understand how they see most of our neighborhood is having electrical problems but it's not their fault. Our home as well within these 6 months I can agree with the other reviews. Bad paint job, walls in our home are uneven, hole in our wall that was seen after we moved in, EVERYONES yard is bumpy, unlevel, and the workers left the screws and bricks in the yard still picking out bricks months later. The HOA never does anything about the light on sign being out, called emailed multiple times and nothing has been done. I can go on and on, oh and trucks do not fit in the garages. That's why most have to park on the road or drive way. Reply: The storm was the NEXT DAY! IN THE EVENING. IT WASNT EVEN RAINING WHEN THE POWER WENT OUT! Nice try history maker homes. They only care when you are first moving in. That's it. Once you're in they don't care, I emphasize on that!

  I am A Realtor My name is Polly Bowman I have worked with Artesian with a customer building a new home OMG! this builder did above and beyond for my customers they were so so professional the best builder i Have ever worked with Hands Down BEST! Victoria Reyes Is the absolutely amazing she is very professional and helped my client with their new home get everything they wanted! her lender Mr. Jim Ward was also amazing he went above and beyond!!! Thank you for working so hard I appreciate you all so very much I will be working with you in the future and will bring my clients to Artesian Village Laporte!!!

  They push the warranty but they are quick to blame the buyer. Warranty is nothing to them. Poor poor workmanship. Yes I agree...a quick 300k making the owner rich and they don't care about the buyer.
