  There A pretty decent place, all though I do wish they would give out more when loaning certain items, I know if another shop the loan offer would be A little higher, but I have had them give me exactly what I was hoping to get as well, so I guess it all depends on the day, the item and maybe A bit of luck lol but very friendly people and glad there local.

  Imagine that the ps4 I pawned with them doesn't work anymore. They were having problems with the display but that isn't the issue I'm having, now. (Update: The hard drive was corrupted, probably due to being stored next to a magnet or a large speaker. It will have to be replaced, but I'm sure these clowns won't take any responsibility. There were absolutely no problems with the cable or the display on my TV, in Safe Mode)

  If I am remembering that day correctly, I personally tested the PS4. I recall the HDMI Port not displaying unless the cable was manipulated. You said "It's never done that before" and we did decide to give you a small loan because you swore to return for it. The condition of the console when you pawned it was the state we returned it in. If there are other issues with the PS4 that we were not aware of, then we would like to discuss those issues in person. If your unavailable we are also open to going over the issue you mentioned here. We hope to hear from you soon. 12/19/19 Response: Our Storage Methods: We assure you, devices that can cause magnetic interference are kept clear of other objects that could be damaged by their presence. Your Hard Drive: While we can understand that you are upset, there is no need to resort to name calling and unsubstantiated claims. If you would like a replacement, we can provide you with another Hard Drive. Feel free to come into our shop with the PS4, so we can verify its storage capacity, and we will provide a you with a suitable replacement. Cables & Displays: Excellent, we are happy your PS4 isn’t presenting with the same issues we had during its testing, we are also happy to know your TV is working properly.

  I have been dealing with them for years. They have always been polite and dealt honestly with me. It's a pawn shop, so you can't expect to get top dollar for your items (in response to a review I read), they have always dealt fairly.

  If it isn't practically new or in excellent shape than don't waste your time with this place. I've been in here at least four times with merchandise only to get turned away each time. I thought this was a pawn shop that gave loans and thats how they make there money.. I've never asked them to buy anything from me and I've never once been offered a loan. The bike I took in looked better than anything they had. No offer,,electric meter no offer..etc...etc.... save your time and go to a different place if your looking for a loan because this place does not want to help

  Great people, prices, and services. They were nice enough to help me in a big way by coming in on their days off to help me. That just goes to show what kind of people they are. They truly care about their customers. Thank you!

  Not a bad pawn shop. I went in looking to buy a Smart blu Ray player that i could get apps, Netflix, YouTube, ect on. The woman working there had no idea what i was talking about. I found one there that i thought would be good but when i got home it did Not work. Dont have time to go argue about $30. Should have went to best buy or Wal-Mart.

  Well my first experience here wasn't all that great, nor was the second, third or fourth. I'm done with the place, the younger guy at the counter will always low-ball your items, honestly the whole place just has a shady sort of vibe going on. Just be careful.

  It's nice to see that the workers and family pump up the store like they r random shoppers but no these reviews are false the buy stolen goods nickel and dime people because its hilltop and they think people are stupid they are rude and are coniveing never ever pawn here!!!! But i did get a good ps3 game for ten bucks!!!! But found it on 6th for 2.99 two days later!!!

  I've never had a single issue they helped and worked with me so that I did not lose my belongings, on top of that they did not charge me a arm and leg in fees, this is a small family owned and ran company and they are freaking amazing

  I have pawned many items here when I needed to.Staff are polite.They were really good at informing someone about terms.Sometimes they have quite a few good items for sale.
