  We closed our purchase in the middle of the Covid 19 crisis, and were blown away with how organized and on top of everything the LaFlamme team was! Everything went smoothly, and we closed right on time with zero delays or stress. Simultaneously, we were also closing a sale and our buyers used a credit union for their loan, who were so disorganized and caused our closing to be delayed TWICE, and we were very nearly delayed a third time! On top of that, we got the same competitive rate and reasonable fees as one would get from a much lesser company - who you choose for your financing makes such a difference, even in the best of times, but much more so when there are challenges involved. We highly recommend!

  The home mortgage team that is located in this office is excellent. I can say how pleased we are with the service and dedication we have received through the home loan process. The Laflamme Group is very knowledgeable and professional, and yet they have found time in their busy jobs to go above and beyond by providing personalized videos and updates during the process.
