  Bryan Laflamme and his entire team were absolutly amazing to work with in our process of buying our first home! Of course we didnt know what we were doing (it was our very first time)! They guided us with every single step and even took time out of their busy schedules to cater to our schedule! Bryan even made us a personalized video to inform us about the steps we needed to take!! The communication was 10 out of 10 and we were able to put our offer in and close in exactly 4 weeks!   Bryan has done a FANTASTIC job with every transaction he has completed for me. He is quick to reach out when you have questions. He knows the deadlines and is quick communicate with his clients! Ashley and his whole team is on point and on the same page too. I will continue to do business him in the future because in the last 2 years he has help me purchase two homes. He also called in the middle of nowwhere to inform me that i could save an additional $275 on my monthly payment if I refinanced. I now pay $275 cheaper on my first mortgage. You want him in your corner!
