  Cam is an awesome agent. First of all, very attentive to make sure we got a policy that met our needs and expectations in case something happened. Secondly, his service even after he signed us up is unsurpassed. Always there when we need him. Thanks a bunch. We could not be happier with our insurance guy.

  I shopped long and hard for insurance, specifically 11 different agencies and/or agents. I wish it hadn't taken me so long to contact AmFam, as my search would have been far less arduous and lengthy. All of my concerns and doubts with the other agencies became relief after speaking with the Hill Agency. Considering how much research I did to meet the various insurance needs of my family, I feel extra assured that I absolutely made the right choice because AmFam has delivered on every single point. And the Hill Agency has especially been a pleasure to work with. Heck, they even got me to buy life insurance and I am a very tough sell.

  Do not walk, run away from this agency. This agent is never in office, and his secretary drops the ball by handling things he should. He does not look after your family, or life, you are not in good hands with American Family. He did not update my address Oct 3, 245pm. When I left for school, and called updated my address, checked if needed extra insurance from the Uhaul. ETC. Etc. When you leave for a new place, you don't want your bills and policy up to date. His office did not update my address, also wheb my policy came for renewal. He sure call and email to demand payment, but again, my address was not correct. He did not want to lose our in town buisiness, as he was not licensed in CO, we would have left for a agent who could do both. He inappropriately didn't change, jeopardizing my life, and try to scam extend it from a place I was previously renting,. Even after 50,000 claim, my insurance was not updated leaving my belonging and life unprotected. For an entire year till 2 weeks ago. He still didn't correct his Error. The most disgusting this he did, is I am the policy holder. It is in my name. I requested the changes. I previously lived in my parents owned home, they have their policies. He targeted, and called my handicapped father, to get him to give a statement and concerning my policy. My dad barely can remember last week, and he was being disposed without consent, Targeting a member in my family who is handicapped and English isn't his first language just to cover his mistake. That's ricidulously inappropriate and disgusting to sink that low. He does not care about his clients and customers, as going through this nightmare he is not in office 3 out of 4 calls. Might as well just call Jeanie your agent, because that's who you'll talking to. And never know if what you asked will be done. I'd would write down every call or record it. They will than drag their feet and lie to you about the information you need once they screw up. A claim May 8th, takes him 3 months to pickup the titles, receipts, and excel files, his office bounces large attachment. Total loss 62,000. Policy is for 50,000. They sent me a check for 5,000 only calling me in the morning. The adjuster Michael, called me, caring being a father of 6, saying your agent screwed up. Your not going to get what you deserve to put your life back together. That he was sorry, and helped point me in the direction of what to do. Only for them to do a internal closed door investigation, shadily giving notice about supplying evidence, but not helping u. He didn't update my address, so they called it off-site, every item I owned. I have to leave school, and unable to replace my life. American Family has destroyed my life, single handedly by this lacidasical agent who has no buisness being an agent. If you want to stay with American Family, at least move to agent with experience, like Brian Deter. 31 years. I have been giving over 16 hours of run arounds,. After giving them my cell bill with the call, the do a behind the scenes internal review. Not taking any extra evidence, unless you stay calling 100% behind it. Consumer Affairs is extremely biased from this company, and they are really shady about giving you proper advised. They refuse to review it, with any evidence or deposition taken, Under his Error and Admissions policy, which he is insured from American Family. Calling the Missouri Dept of Insurance, and filing a complaint, they were not surprised that this was American Family. Being former Allstate customers for 22 years it kind of started to make sense,. Spare yourself of a nightmare, find a truely competent, honest, and experienced agent. Don't have your family, life, and dreams destroyed by American Family, and this Agent, Cameron Hill. BTW. His boss Mrs. Keen is quick never to return calls and say, you spoke of a lawyer, so I cannot help you. Asking for help to navigate this, they twist your arm, giving you extensions, call this, we can't speak to you that, playing on your naivete.
