  What is there not to like about HiLine Homes of Redding, CA? From beginning to end HiLine Homes made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and what we could afford. Everyone involved is very friendly and professional. From the initial consultation to the final finishing touches, my family and I are extremely satisfied with the whole experience. This is what building your dreams for a better future is all about.

  HiLine Homes has a wide selection of house options—different sizes, styles, numbers of bedrooms and baths, layouts. We chose Plan #2112 (2,112 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms, den, 2 baths) to replace our house destroyed in the 2018 Carr Fire in Redding, CA. We selected a few added options that were important to us—9 ft. ceilings, large windows, exterior access from 2 bedrooms, granite countertops, dark stained wood interior trim. Our sales manager John Chandler, who worked with us in construction design and contract negotiation, was very professional and thorough, even taking us on a tour with the homeowners of the same house Plan during its construction. Our project manager Matt Katsares got the house built correctly and on time, was responsive, calmly guided us through the process, and was straightforward regarding each aspect of the job, including any problem solving needed during the project. Product quality is very good, as is the workmanship of each trade. We moved into our new house in February, 2020, and immediately were right at home. The building is solid, well-insulated, up to date for energy conservation, full of light and good feelings. Ron Kardon Redding, CA

  You'd be hard pressed to find a better company to help you design and build your own custom home. The number of options and upgrades alone is a good reason to go with HiLine Homes. Sure, you can build a prefab or manufactured house for cheaper, but honestly, the quality of the build and the materials used by HiLine Homes is top notch as are their subcontractors that they do business with. You get a 10 year no questions asked warranty on everything from the windows and roof to the drywall and AC/heating system. That's something you don't get hardly anywhere.

  We’ve lived in our HiLine Home for about 4 months and we love it! It’s our dream home in every way. It was completed within their guaranteed build time and we really enjoyed the process! Not only were the project managers great and easy to work with, all the contracted workers were friendly and very hardworking. Thank you HiLine Homes!   Made offers on land, was very close to using Hiline to do a build and had them increase their California prices by $25,000-30,000 across the board late June of 2018. Pricing is no longer the best around. Raising prices that much overnight by that much comes across as unethical to me. Employees seem nice and friendly, but management made a bad decision!
