  Every step of the way, Ms. Lombardi and her team, kept me informed. My situation was way out of the norm. I am a widower, and I owned a property jointly with a widow. We were not married. When it came time to go our separate ways, her family wanted to sell our house out from under me. Ms. Lombardi saw that a "buy out, refi" would allow me to keep my home. She worked with my at every step of the process, and now I own my home outright

  Run! Run VERY FAR and don’t look back! I lost my loan due to incompetence, laziness and lack of communication! If I could rate my own personal experience it would be a “0!” There were SO many aspects of my loan that were overlooked and it cost me hundreds of dollars I’ll NEVER see again! Do yourself a favor and look else where for loan. I should have listened to everyone around me, but I believe in second chances and now I’m paying the price. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me! NEVER AGAIN!!!
