  Tropic Title was the title company used to close our house. They were knowledgeable and patient...not even fussing too much when I highlighted one of the documents to show my husband specific information. :) It took some time, but really no more than normal for a closing. Very pleased with their services.

  I’ve never personally dealt with Tropic Title before until last week. They were the title company the buyer of a property I was selling requested. We had some hiccups that were completely not related to the title company at all. They went above and beyond to basically have the closing in 3 days. They did this purely to accommodate my needs and went out of their way to make it happen. Thank you... for caring about your customers and going above and beyond to make sure their needs are met.

  The staff here are extremely courteous! The office is very inviting. They provide snacks and drinks which is very considerate. Our closing was a pleasant experience.

  Called a few times trying to get a copy of my title insurance on a property I'm closing. Finally had to have the new title company directly to get it accomplished. It would be beeth if they could be more prompt to return phone calls.

  In my experience and opinion , do NOT use Brenda for anything Acts like she doesn't have time for her job. I personally had to drive 8 hours in labor day traffic at 5 p.m. with all the huge truks and several hundred campers because she won't do her job . I was told the morning of the closing that I had to be 4 hours away from St Augustine because all she did was whine about having to do her job. I should have had the closing statement 2 days prior to closing for review . Once again Laxy . Southeast title is professional and doesn't whine about doing their job and know what they are doing. Now I have 4 hours on labor day weekend To go back home to St Augustine . This reminds me of someone with the compassion level of an Iguana. Oh yeah. She was not even at the closing table. Shame , I think prevented her from facing me. The scriptures tell me that this will come back 10 fold .

  I have closed many transactions and been working with Tropic Title Services since 2007.They have a courteous staff and are very helpful. They closed a difficult closing and stayed until 6PM on a Friday evening until the file was funded. The buyers were very grateful because they needed to be out of there rental the next day and was going to be homeless. The sellers had their truck loaded and was moving back to Michigan the next day. Tropic Title Service staff went the extra mile. I am always looking forward in the next closing with the great service, professionalism and pleasant attitude wanting to help the client close their biggest investment.   Brenda is by the book, stays late when necessary and rushes to get a closing done when most title companies are a ghost town at 5pm on the dot. Dan is as professional as they come, really great guy who has a calming affect on people when stress levels are high. Highly recommended.

  I closed on my second home last week. This was the first time using Tropic Shores. They were awesome. I never had such a great experience. Buying a home is extremely stressful, and it seems like everything goes wrong. This was not the case. Jim Tacy communicated so well and he was easy to get ahold of, even when he was on vacation. We were so thankful he was available to us even when he wasn’t at the office. The closing went smooth and efficiently. I was in and out in an hour. I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl, who was personable, kind, easy going and organized. She explained things thoroughly and made it easy for us to understand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thanks Tropic Shores!!

  Failed to acquire proper identification at closing and asked us to drive back to the office hours after closing. Failed to transfer funds in a timely manner. So untimely that our homeowners insurance was canceled because they didn’t transfer funds over
