  This is my second round with Fund & Grow – Can’t say enough about the professionalism and trust working with Jason Alonso and the team. Was approved for $20k on a card, which was raised to $30k couple minutes later. F&G was able to secure $59000 worth this round of available business credit at 0% interest for my business bringing the total to $130K worth of available credit for use in buying property, wholesaling, buying materials, marketing or other business ventures. If you’re trying to decide whether to work with F&G, trust me – you could not be in better hands. Give them a call - Hands down I’d recommend them for your funding needs!

  I am in a place of growth in my business as I invest in publishing a book. I had some debt already and needed to make these investments in order to grow. I was introduced to Fund & Grow at the perfect time. As I began the process, I have to admit I had second thoughts. I was turning over private financial information to a third party. What if it was a scam? I went online to check them out and found that it was legitimate. They expected to be able to get me $40,000 and I was so pleased that Sabrina worked hard to acquire $60,000 of credit at 0% interest! I couldn’t have done this on my own. I don’t have the time to find the right offers and negotiate with the companies. I’m busy running my business. This was a great investment that helped me fund investments that will have a huge ROI so that I can easily pay it off.

  I had the pleasure to work with Anthony Ford as my consultant for Fund and Grow. He explained the entire process from filling out the forms to receiving cards and activating them. Within 30-40 days of initial contact we were able to get $90,500 on my initial batch. I was skeptical but took the leap of faith and when I started getting emails that I was approved for $15K, $25K, even $36K and in my company name, oh yeah it became real. Then Anthony worked his magic and got some of them approved for even more. Thats why they're the professionals. I can't wait to start Round 2 and 3, curios to see at the end of the year what they are capable of obtaining for me.   We were in the process of refinancing a project and funds were needed for immediate repairs plus Lender costs to get it done.   I have been working with fund and grow since January 2018. Needless to say I wouldn’t have had the same success investing in real estate these past 20 months if I wouldn’t have come across Fund and Grow. The first round yielded me $47.5k in credit ( 3 cards) and the second round yielded me $29.5k in credit (also 3 cards). By the time we got to my third round, I was able to acquire $158,000 in business credit. Prior to me coming across fund and grow, I had bought my first multi fam property 6 months prior in June 2017. At this time I knew I wanted to continue investing, but access to quick capital was an issue. Therefore, coming across Fund And Grow 6 months later allowed me to invest in a total of 6 more properties during my time working with them. Brandon Kroon, account specialist for Fund and Grow, has been the specialist I have been working with since the start. Now after the completion of all 3 rounds, I can’t thank him and the company enough for giving me this jumpstart in my real estate investing career.   Sabrina at Fund & Grow helped to increase my credit card limits and get me the funding I needed for my investments within a few weeks. She was great at responding to my questions and following up with the credit card companies on my behalf. I would highly recommend fund & grow to anyone seeking additional avenues for investments.
