  Kim and Mike DeWitt took EXCEPTIONAL CARE of a travel nurse I recently placed in Dallas! My client was told by two lenders she was not approvable for a cash-out refinance.   Great communication on all steps of the mortgage application process. Worked with multiple team members on various stages and all members were exceptional. Response time on questions and concerns was timely and the highlands app was great for getting status updates on next steps. Cannot say enough things. Would definitely recommend!
