  He hung with us for almost a year and a half...that's commitment. I first contacted Tim Egan at Grandview in early 2017 to get a sense of my lending options. We weren't well-positioned at that point to get into the house we wanted, and Tim explained things very objectively and thoroughly. He said he would check back with us later, and he did. He always gave great detail and was excellent in communications as we navigated this process. I wouldn't think of using anyone else in the future. Last Friday our home-owning dream happened without a hitch. Thanks for going way above and beyond, Tim.

  It was a pleasure working with Grandview Lending, especially my Loan Officer, Tim Ayers. I originally reached out to him in April 2018 regarding our desire to move into a new home. He gave me some homework assignments, which I completed. When I called him back in April 2019, I was pleasantly surprised that not only were we able to get pre-approved for our dream home, that there was no contingency to sell our current home. Tim seemed like family by the time this process was over. I appreciated his honestly and excellent customer service. I smile just hearing his voice and couldn't wait to meet him in person at closing.   Kameron, Lindsey and Lesley at Grandview Lending were incredible to work with. They were fast, responsive, anticipated my needs and extremely knowledgeable. I used them for my second home purchase and they far surpassed the lender I used the first time around (who left me guessing throughout the entire process).   I would highly recommend Grandview's services! Tracy and her team did a great job in walking us thru the process from start to finish. They were able to secure us the best price available and took care of all the details related to securing the loan.   Michael Farrell and Fay Fitzgerald were our Loan Officer and Processor respectively. They both did an amazing job presenting and explaining our options as well as guiding us through the process and answering any questions we had along the way I would use them again myself if I were to do it all over again, and recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

  Tim Ayers was great through the whole process. He provided me with many options including lower rates, but with higher mi, different down payments. In the end he helped me find the best deal possible for my needs. He was very responsive to all my calls, questions and emails. And fast I might add, we had an accepted PA on July 12, and closed on July 31. Great job Grandview and thanks so much Tim!
