  I highly recommend Fawn Crosby for your financing and mortgage needs. We have purchased many homes and the refinancing we did through Fawn was the easiest transaction so far! She also had the best rate that we could find for our re-fi, so we not only decided to put in a pool but we lowered our mortgage rate and changed to a 15-year loan. Fawn’s processing team, appraiser and title company were also very easy to work with. Fawn answered all of our questions promptly, which sped up the process of our loan. She is the only loan officer I will work with!

  Where do I even begin? Fawn is absolutely fantastic!! I went into this process concerned about all the headaches that some with the process of purchasing a home. It was a difficult loan. I was purchasing an a short term rental and home during the height of a pandemic. All the banks and financial institutions were closed. Fawn and her team were very creative and due to their tenacity I got the loan! I can honestly say if if it weren't for Fawn I would not be enjoying my beautiful game and thriving business.
