  I just finalized my re-finance with Christine, wish I had worked with her for the initial mortgage. Prior to proceeding to work with her, I had shopped around finding national brands as well as an international bank, they all made the process feel disconnected and as if they didn't truly care about the customer and rather the sale. The process with Christine was seamless and she put genuine effort towards getting what was best for me. She always made herself available for questions and was able to explain things to me in layman terms, which was the most important. During closing, I felt very comfortable with the Title Company scheduled through Texas Loan Experts, which made it feel like there was diligence from end-to-end. I would highly recommend working with her or at least considering her (and the John Schutze Team) as an option when shopping around.
