  We closed on our home in September 2020 and everything about our experience building with Highland was incredible. Todd (sales counselor) was helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. He made us feel so comfortable as first time home buyers. Garrett (builder) was very accessible, thorough, and patient with our many questions. We have had no issues with our home because of Highland's quality standard. Even after closing, they have been resources for us whenever we need anything. I can't say enough good things!

  Our experience with Highland Homes (Canyon Homes) was by far the best ever. I can’t speak highly enough about Edna (our sales counselor) and Garrett (construction manager), as they have gone above and beyond for us. They made the whole experience seamless and effortless. We were made to feel like we were part of the “Highland family”. We were kept in the loop every step of the way and every question or concern was answered promptly, giving us complete confidence in our home purchase from Highland. Our “forever” home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. I would, without ANY hesitation, recommend Highland Homes to friends, family or anyone I heard that might be looking for a home.

  The buying experience(Edna), the builder (Garrett) and the finished product could not have been better!! Five stars for sure. Also, the few things that needed to be fixed after closing were handled quickly and professionally. My wife and I would both highly recommend Highland Homes-Canyon Falls without hesitation.

  I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Highland Homes at Canyon Falls. While building a home is not 100% stress free, Highland goes above any builder we have ever conducted business with and makes the process more enjoyable. The entire team Edna (sales), Bryn (sales) and Garrett (construction) were extremely professional and friendly. Edna and Bryn listened to what our needs were and helped us narrow down a couple of floor plans and lots that would meet our needs. They provided several lots fits and told us where we could walk different floor plans that were completed. The sales team was patient and followed-up on our numerous questions. They help price out several selections and let us day dream. Partnering with Edna, Bryn, Garrett, and our designer, we were able to find alternative solutions that were within our budget. During our pre-construction, Garrett made suggestions on enhancements that would fit our lifestyle. During the construction process, he continued to communicate with us regularly and answered any questions we had. He educated us on the building process and addressed all our concerns. After closing, we still stay in touch with the entire Highland team. Edna will drop-by and check-on us. Garrett also drops-by, checking to see if our warranty requests was handled to our satisfaction. Garrett does an excellent job of holding his contractors accountable and makes sure the job is done right. Highland has provided an exceptional experience in building a new home and we would highly recommend them.
