  I saw highfive advertising on Valpak and decided to give them a call. I spoke with sherrie and informed her I wanted to purchase a home . Within less than 2 hours I had a pre approval and was out house hunting for a home that we finally closed on due to the competing market. I later found out the only reason our offer was accepted over the other 15 offers was because we had a pre approval from High-five lending and the listing agent knew that our lender would close the deal.

  The number 1 lender on the Island in my opinion. Im very aware of all the hidden back end fees that lenders charge. This company gave us the best rates out of the 8 lenders we looked into.

  what loan company gives you money back when you use their service. Highfive was able to work with our realtor and get us .25% of our total purchase price back in order to cover some of our closing cost.
