  The line is always out the door when I drive by, and maybe it's due to covid, but I've never seen more than 2 tellers working inside at a time. Regardless, I went to deposit a check and was informed a 2-business day hold would be placed on it due to the amount. Understandable. Just called NFCU customer service # as the check still hasn't cleared and was informed it's 5 business days, not 2. If the lady who helped me was in fact the branch director, as was stated on the office plaque, it's a little worrisome that company policy isn't correctly known. Also this is the third experience I've had where I feel like I'm being upsold at this branch, a huge pet peeve at a bank.

  I purchased a vehicle and it was over an hour long wait to have the check printed on my first visit to this location. The second visit was for getting the title signed by Navy Federal and I was told it would be a two hour wait to get a signature. There is absolutely no reason for these transactions to warrant such a ridiculous wait time.

  Great experience banking with Navy Federal Credit Union. Parking normally readily available. Staff friendly, efficient and caring while completing transactions. Bank is clean. Even with Covid precautions in place transaction did not take long. Glad this location was opened. Few years back it was a 20 mile drive to reach the bank at Pearl Harbor.

  Been sitting here for over 45 minutes to pick up paperwork. I can hear employees sitting in the back talking about how busy it is. Multiple workstations are not manned, despite who I assume to be the manager saying that they will be adding more people in 5 mins..

  I’ve been with them for years. So far, good. Friendly. And they even have snacks (sometimes). Last time I went in there was free baked goods and bottle waters. Not sure what the occasion was for. But thanks.

  Great bank and the line is usually short even on pay day! The tellers are very nice and considerate.

  Great have a NFCU in this side of the island. The business hours are convenient. Always fast service!
