  Hicks is my third CPA that I’ve used and his fee is right on target and affordable. John Hicks is helping me with my tax issues and questions to ensure that I get my full refund due or having to pay in only what is due. He works with me and my very confusing tax conundrums and guides me so I feel comfortable and ensures me the best service. Highly recommend Hicks Tax Services!

  If you want unbeatable customer service and reliability.. Hicks is for you! Forget H&R block and Jackson Hewitt, these people don't care about you. HICKS DOES! Dewey has been my tax guy for the past 3 years, the ladies up front are always super friendly and professional. These guys even call/text to wish you happy new year, merry Christmas, and happy birthday. Tell me your other tax "preparers" do that. They are also incredibly helpful if you need to grab a copy of your W2 from a previous year (super helpful when I was buying my home).

  John Hicks and his Associates have proven to be a great place to handle our tax fileing for us. No more waisted Sunday afternoons reading the long verbiage on the IRS papers to try to file these on our own. A short visit to Hicks and Co. Gets it done quickly.

  The WORST experience I have ever had. I have never used an accountant before and decided to use one to file my 2019 taxes. Never again!! Huge waste of my money and it is now the end of January 2020. I still have yet to receive my tax return. I call at least twice a month, and I have not received one phone call. Do not recommend!!

  I’m just blown away by his professionalism and experience! We’ve been a small business since 2012. Didn’t have the best experience with our last tax people. John over exceeded our expectation. They took the time and we was able to come in on a day they wasn’t even working. Had our taxes done within a days time. Not to mention we got our first refund ever since we’ve started the business! Words can’t express my gratitude! We will definitely be telling friends and family our experience. Thanks John and staff

  Hicks & Co Tax Service LLC has prepared by federal, state, city and school district taxes for a few years. Everyone is very professional and friendly. The price is very reasonable and I actually look forward to getting my taxes prepared by them every year!
