  Top notch customer service I have been doing business here for almost 20 years. John and Liz will go the extra mile to help you get a loan and they always pay top dollar. Non pretenacious and very down to earth. I've never felt judged for going in unlike many other shops nearby. I go to them for any electronic purchases or video games. The best in the southwest hands down!!!!

  I came in and was out extremely fast. Their customer service was amazing, very informative and knowledgeable. He asked how much I wanted and gave me what I asked! Outstanding! I'll use them from now on.

  Couldn't give a small loan on a bigg item. Was in need of help and was shot down. Last resort and still cannot give me a loan? What is this a pick and choose kinda place. Guess I wasn't worth helping. I do not recommend paying this place as they are not out to help.

  I came in to Heritage pawn shop and got a loan for about 14 g of gold. They gave me $220 and told me that if I came and got the items back within 30 days I would only have to pay $260. I came back in three days and they charged me $280 anyway. I don’t suggest getting a loan from these people.
