  Quality homes great service, from start to finish. I was impressed with how much the General Manager (Michael Waggoner) cared about everyone of his clients and staff . He was also very knowledgeable about the homes.

  Really enjoyed my visit and I liked that they took the time to show me the differences in the Legacy brand. Wow they are a lot different! Everyone was really great so just want wanted to say thank you and I will see you soon Because of 2020 being one of those years I put off a new home until now , but these guys stayed in touch with me until it was the right time for me. Thanks guys for you being very professional with my family.

  They are open till 7, which is convenient for the working class. They are super encouraging, they answer phone calls immediately and give tours including lots of information. Brent specifically (Our Sales Consultant) was super helpful through this process and kept us feeling the least overwhelmed we could be. Very kind and caring people!

  I would not recommend this place to anyone. The experience was awful. We started with one salesman that quit in the process and then we switched to someone else. She however was a nice lady and did do a lot. We got approved for the home we wanted which was 75,000 ish we were excited . They told us to put a deposit down to hold the house so we did that. Once all of the paper work came back and we realized we would be paying well over 200,000 for a mobile home we decided to cancel the buy. This happened on July 16th we requested our deposit back. Here it is Aug 11th and we have yet to receive our deposit back. And can not get any type of assistance or call backs. Everytime I call to talk to someone I get the run around of. I will e mail. Or I will check but never receive a call back. Or I call a number and get a voice-mail.. i was told aweful things about this place but decided to try to give them a chance.

  I have a client of mine that bought from Heritage Housing about 1 year. And NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ON IT!! THE ROOF LINKS AND WALLS ARE NOT RIGHT!!!! LOTS OF WATER IN HALLS AND BLACK MOD! I HAVE PICTURES OF ALL THAT! I WISH SOMEONE WOULD COME OUT AND FIX IT!! SO, Y'ALL DO TO ONE OF MINE VETERANS!!!! THAT'S NOT RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!
