      The only bank thats closed on every sat but today took the cake juneteenth ended yesterday so they had sat and sunday to celebrate it why the mess are they closed on monday the 20th still for juneteenth make it make sense

      Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They're closed on Saturday, including phone or online services. If there's an issue with the account, you are out of luck until Monday. Even then, getting friendly service is out of the question. RE: the "owners" response, I will clarify that the issue wasn't with the ATM. The issue is with the way it was handled on your end. Your teller couldn't care less about the problem. Then I got another call from a lady saying I should really wait for a receipt even when the machine was unresponsive. Not sure how she wanted me to do that. I did try calling to resolve this on the spot, but everything was closed. You guys took zero responsibility for your faulty machine and made sure I was aware of the huge inconvenience this was for you. This was handled poorly!

      Wow.. I guess every time I go here I am a king cuz they have never been rude to me. They always help and know my name. I enjoy coming here. Don't let this one star people keep you from doing your BEST. They probably had a bad day already or no money on there acct.. thank again. Have a good day.

      Just got paycheck yesterday and haven't used my card but some how my balance is $0.00 on both checking and savings NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 'TILL MONDAY CAUSE THEY DO NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS JUST GREAT :)

      The few times I go into the Lobby or even call for assistants, the workers are always rude. I prefer to go the North branch, the staff are always so welcoming and helpful!
