  Ty with Heritage Home Loans provided an excellent experience for us. We were a little concerned, since we were not located in the same state as their office but Ty and the Heritage team were able to stay on top of things. We could not have had a better experience. Ty was able to quickly solve issues that arose with our county assessor's office and foster a liquid smooth transaction with the lender. We are very satisfied with Ty's ability to keep us updated throughout our refinance. I know that they have other loans in process but Heritage truly made us feel like a priority. Our loan funded today and we couldn't be happier.

  I recently redid my mortgage with Heritage Home Loan. Due to some glitches on my part, the loan took longer to finalize. The crew at Heritage stayed on top of things and got the loan done.   HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!!! Trevor, Joe and Kennon are all great to work with they really know their stuff! They have an amazing team to back them up. They do a great job making sure clients are informed and have all questions answered. I would highly recommend working with anyone at Heritage Home Loans.
