  Herb was truly a blessing. I initially just called to asked questions, but with his help was able to apply within 20 minutes. He was able to get my husband and I approved which we weren't sure we would be able to do, and at the end when the seller, their realtor were being terrible to us, Herb stepped in and took care of everything for us. We are now happy in our new home and ready to make lots of memories. All thanks to Mr.Ziev. I will be using him for all other future purchases!! I would definitely recommend his services!!

  Herb & I had a very unique situation. What started out as a VA loan on one house got interrupted by Harvey. We had spent several months working on the first loan and this was a first home purchase for my husband and I. Herb walked us through every step of the way and went over and beyond his job duties. We found another house to buy after the storm and Herb worked so hard to get us in our new house as soon as possible!!! There are no words to describe his work ethic and his availability to us through the entire loan process!! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!! He became a friend not just our loan broker!!

  I first contacted Herb on October 30, 2017 regarding acquiring a VA loan on a new house in East Texas. We closed on this house January 8th, 2018. Herb and his staff made the loan possible and painless. He stayed in touch with us throughout the applications, inspections, surveys and disclosures from the beginning to the end when he called me during our closing to make sure everything went okay.
