  Highly recommend working with Giuseppe. My husband is very detail-oriented and did extensive research into lenders including 8 interviews, before settling on Giuseppe. He is knowledgeable, fast, and available when you need him, all of which are invaluable qualities especially in the current market. We were able to close on our house incredibly quickly because he is just that good. When we are ready to upgrade to a larger home as our family grows, we will certainly come back to him.

  I’m not sure why anyone would use anybody else. Giuseppe and his team and so good at what they do. This is our third transaction with him and his team and it only gets better. He was even on vacation during the processing of our loan and I never felt uncomfortable with the situation. He made sure all of his basis were covered and the team he has assembled is the best in the business. We had just over a two week closing and never once was I concerned. The sellers agent was a bit concerned but during our closing, he said he was going to recommend Giuseppe and his team to folks. All in all, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our loan. Period.

  I would highly recommend Giuseppe Battaglioli and his team to anyone needing lending assistance during their home buying process. Giuseppe worked with me from November 2020 - February 2021, during my first time home buying process (yelp!). He and his team have so many positive attributes, and here are just a few: - Giuseppe is a skilled and frequent communicator. He kept me informed on all steps along the lending process, and he did so in a manner that allowed my to gain understanding for myself. I learned a lot working with Giuseppe! - Giuseppe and his team members were always available to me via text, email or phone call. They responded to all requests in a professional and quick manner, and this proved to be very valuable, especially in Denver's current housing market, which is extremely fast-paced and competitive. - Giuseppe has local experience. He knows the intricacies of the Denver financial market, and he has many good, quality and local recommendations for various services such as home insurance. - Giuseppe and his team work hard, fast and effectively. The closing period on my house was exceptionally short, but we completed all the benchmarks and requirements in a timely fashion thanks to Giuseppe and his team. - Giuseppe is friendly and personable. I enjoyed all of my interactions with him, and I felt at ease working and communicating with him. These are just a few of Giuseppe's strong attributes as home loan professional. For me, working with Giuseppe proved to be a valuable, education and successful experience, and I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member of mine!

  If I could give an additional star on this review I would! Giuseppe and his team are simply amazing! The process from start to finish was perfect! Honestly perfect! All correspondence was super friendly, very quick and very helpful and always accurate! I very much recommend using them and always will!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

  The wife and I purchased our first home. Giuseppe and his team were extremely helpful. Not only did he assist us with getting the loan, but he educated us on the process and sent personalized videos at each step along the way. Highly recommend this place.
