  I had a fantastic experience at Hallmark. Everyone was very kind and patient with me, especially as a first time home buyer. Communication was great. Everyone communicated with eachother and was on the same page. I always knew what was needed from me and what to expect. The staff checked in with me on how things were going and if I had any questions. Everyone was super helpful and made my first time home buying experience memorable. I am glad to have used Hallmark home mortgage and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

  We have done a few refi's with them and it is always a great experience. Never try to push us in any certain direction and we have been able to lower our rate each time with as little out-of-pocket expense as possible. First was even a surprise as we expected to have to pay more to lower our rate. Best part is the communication. We had about 5 people working with us over the period of time and the communication was prompt and always answered our questions.

  I have been on the hunt for a home to purchase for almost two years. I became connected with Amanda Champion when I started my search. She has been the most patient and compassionate individual I could imagine to work with while going through this process. It wasn't always easy or pretty, but with her support I was able to find the perfect home for me. The entire team I worked with at Hallmark was great.
