  I LOVE the Dixon Powers Location. Just today I had to go in there to get a laundry list of documents and it was all done in just about ten minutes. I AM A WITNESS that this location is professional and on top of things, they explain details very well and everyone in there spoke and smiled at me today. DIXON POWERS IS THE BEST!

  My family has been with the Dixon Powers location of the Henrico Federal Credit Union for over 10 years, and we have had nothing but great experiences. Kim has been our go-to person for our loans and accounts for most if not all of that time, and she's the best. When my daughter was scammed a few years back, Kim helped her work through that issue, and took the edge off that stressful event. The Credit Union really is a community focused establishment, and the people there care about you.

  I would like to give a big thanks to Rosa. She went above and beyond and did not have to do what she did but it was a big surprise getting a phone this morning and actually set the tempo for my day! It meant a lot to me probably a lot more than what she knows and for that I just want to say thank you! Kim you have a great employee with a kind heart, and now a days that is really hard to find so I hope she stays around for awhile! Thank you again Rosa

  Henrico FCU is amazing. Kim, the branch manager, is like family. She’s our go-to for loans, always looks out for our best interest, and is delightful to work with. All of the staff there is great and I would never go anywhere else for my banking needs. Thank you everyone for all that you do at Henrico FCU!
