  After leaving Suntrust for being disappointed by their customer service I immediately knew I made the right choice in banks when I sat down with Roman. He was kind, courteous and attentive. He answered all my questions related to the bank and even stayed a few minutes later than close to make sure all my needs were met. Whenever I visit Union I’ll look forward to seeing Roman. Thanks for setting me up and thanks for looking out for my business banking needs.

  I'll drive to this branch from half way across Richmond, just because of how great the customer service is here. As a small business owner, my banking needs change on a regular basis, and often times I have questions about whats best for me. Roman was able to help me make my wire transfers more efficient and showed me some things I could do with my property management accounts that I never knew i could do -- saving me HOURS of time. Highly recommend Roman for your business/personal banking needs.

  Do all my banking with VACU but really frustrated with them not answering or returning calls. Lobby is STILL not open so you have to schedule an appt. After 5 calls and no results, I decided to call Atlantic Union Bank. They actually answered the phone. I spoke with Roman Lisovskiy who scheduled an appt with me that afternoon. I needed to open a new business account for a new job. I found Roman to be very professional and personable. Not only did he help me open the account, he asked some good questions and made recommendations about issues I hadn't anticipated. We have spoken a couple of times since then as he followed up to ensure I had received my business checks and debit card. I feel like I have someone at First Atlantic Bank that I can reach out to when I have a question AND actually get an answer when I call, the first time.I will likely move some other accounts over as time goes on. Roman is a great asset to your organization.

  I have been banking at the staples mill location in Richmomd for the past 5 years. The attention and service I have received from many of the employees , especially Kenny who pretty much runs the place and Roman who has always gone out of his way to accommodate myself and my partner , has been extraordinary ! In a world of mystery, change and a whole lot of intrigue , it’s comforting to know at Union, Staples mill location , Richmond, va, customer service is very much ALIVE AND. WELL! I thank you !   Set up an account with Roman who did an amazing job. He was very helpful and dedicated to making sure all my needs were met. Even after the account was open he has continued to check in with me and made sure to stay easily accessible.
