I came in with a check to cash as a non Member, the teller or location person in charge shoved the check back at me and walked away said they were not going to cash it because I was rude .... looks like the reviews already reflect the service here tho so this only confirms what others already knew

Nick Redford1This is the worst branch of ANY bank I've ever been apart of. How they can still operate like this is beyond me. My entire family banks here and we are seriously considering pulling everything from all accounts and going elsewhere. HFCU needs to address the constant issues at this branch.

Pat Lewis5Visited the North Laburnum branch on 1-4-21 and spoke with Mrs. Rolanda Lee about a loan. She was so patient. friendly and knowledgeable. I was approved for the loan with the greatest rate ever and made to feel so special as a customer. I have been a long time Wells Fargo customer but have never received this kind of service from them. I am seriously contemplating moving all of my business to this branch because of Mrs. Lee.

Mark McEwen5I want to leave a review showcasing the customer service I received from Justin Fuller, a representative at this location. I had an accidental situation occur with my banking at HFCU that threw almost threw a massive detrimental wrench in my financial plans. I immediately went to Justin via an appointment. Mr. Fuller not only helped calm me down when I was sadly frantic in his office, he quickly found the errors that had occurred in the system and set up a plan within their corporate team to have them resolved. He stayed calm while I was regrettably frustrated and saw everything through till the end, even weeks later. I personally believe that Justin is an asset at the branch and hope that the credit union is aware of the superb customer service skills he takes pride in. People like that are hard to find nowadays.

Chad Marcoux1April 2nd. I'm withdrawing all my funds and never using this branch again. I've been waiting over 25 mins and not one car has moved. Months ago I was able to go into the lobby. Why now are we not able to go inside?

Kevin Murphy1One of the worst branches in any bank I've ever been to. I have never had to wait as long as I did in this branch anywhere wells for any other reason. I have set up new accounts and even applied for auto loans faster than how long it took to make a simple withdrawal. Terrible.

David W (David2791)2Walked in, said I was thinking of getting an account, (to person whom had bag of popcorn on desk) asked to give ID and was told to make a copy... Why when I haven't said yes.. I didn't. Then waited while rep was cleaning desk, drinking water etc. When finally sat down given pitch we're better than big bank.. Not much more than that... Oh discount on Bush gardens... Lol... Ken B3I’ve been using them for over 2 years now but I don’t like how I’m being limited to using my debit card all of a sudden. Why do I have to basically be told when I can use my money. I don’t like carrying cash so I use my debit card but now I can only use it once a day. I’m not gonna bash HFCU but I would like to know why we are being limited to use our card.

The best part of this location is its people, my favorite and personal banker is Mrs. Treva Henson. She always has a warm inviting smile that makes you want to go to her window.
